How You Can Help South Liverpool Foodbank

The successful running of any Foodbank depends on the commitment of enthusiastic volunteers, who receive full training and support. This is an ideal opportunity for Churches, Schools, Local Businesses, Community Groups, Individuals and Families to work together to help others.

You could:

Join Our Pledge A Pound Scheme. Maybe you could pledge £1 a month (or a week) to South Liverpool Foodbank

Donate food at the Foodbank. Maybe you could take advantage of “Buy One Get One Free” promotions and donate the ‘free’ item to Foodbank.

Arrange a Foodbank Collection at your place of work, school, church, Cub/Scout/Brownie pack, etc. If you would be interested in organising such an event please contact us.

Fundraise - Organise an event. Get your workplace, school, church or other group involved or get sponsored to do something exciting!

Give your time as a Volunteer. There are lots of areas to get involved with, from making hot drinks to organising a Food Collection.

Donate Financially - As we are just starting up this new and valuable project we need funds to get the Foodbank up and running. Please would you consider giving a financial gift towards Foodbank’s setting-up costs? If you would like to contribute a one off gift you can send a cheque to the address below, made payable to “Bridge Chapel Centre” (please write Foodbank on the back). If you can Gift Aid your donation please print off a Gift Aid Form Here and enclose it with your cheque. (Please insert "Bridge Chapel Centre" where it asks for name of charity)
