Growth Groups

On different days throughout the week and in various locations around Liverpool, people from Bridge Chapel meet together in Growth Groups. Any young person or adult is welcome to attend a Growth Group, even if you haven’t been coming to Bridge Chapel for long.

We hope that by attending a small group, people will have a greater sense of belonging and significance in our church family. It is an ideal way, in a relaxed setting, not only to get to know each other better but also to care for one another.

Our Growth Groups focus on building life changing relationships around the teachings of Scripture. And, to help people grow in their understanding of Scripture in their Growth Groups we provide both sermons and question sheets. Our hope is that the Growth Groups not merely discuss the content of the sermon, but go even further and discuss the actual sections of Scripture upon which the sermon was based. In this way, the collective insights from the personal study of each group member more fully enriches everyone’s understanding of what God is saying through His Word.

Belonging to a Growth Group also gives you further opportunity to study God’s Word and to practically apply the Biblical truths heard on a Sunday in such a way that it impacts our daily living.
